Swedish.......................$30/30min, $55/60min, $75/90min
This technique is primarily used for relaxation and involves both long gliding strokes as well as kneading strokes. Swedish massage is also good to help flush the body of toxic buildup.

Deep Tissue………….....………………Incorporated as needed
This technique is much slower than Swedish. It’s used to target a specific muscle or muscle group and is used in conjunction with other techniques. There is typically some minor discomfort involved during the session, however once the session is over, the muscle causing the pain feels dramatically better.

Myofascial Release.............................$80/90min
This technique is used eliminate pain caused by the binding of fascia tissue underneath the skin and around the muscle. Myofascial work is very slow and superficial and can be interwoven with other techniques or used independently depending on the circumstances.

More than just a massage, these sessions include a variety of techniques to help the athlete prepare for a competition or recover from one. They are designed around the needs of the individual, based on their sport, and include a variety of techniques that may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, stretching, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy.

This treatment is designed to work with the client in whatever position they are most comfortable. The therapist will combine techniques like Swedish, myofascial release, and therapeutic touch to relax, reduce pain, and increase the range of motion and function of muscles and joints.

Craniosacral………………………………Call for Pricing
This technique is used to improve the functioning of the central nervous system by restoring balance to the rhythm of the cranial sacral system (the enclosed system of the brain and spinal cord). Using minimal force, about 5 grams (the weight of a nickel) the therapist gently works specific areas of the skull and spine.

Raindrop Therapy....……………………$75/90min
Medical grade essential oils of the highest quality are used in a specific manor to combat a number of ailments including chronic back pain. Based on the French model for clinical aromatherapy, the oils are absorbed by the skin creating a chemical reaction inside the body, which brings about electrical alignment, allowing us to heal naturally.

Body Wraps....…………………….......$60/session
These treatments are used to meet a variety of needs by using essential oils and natural ingredients. Your treatment will begin with an exfoliation. Then the therapist will apply a rich hydrating emollient infused with select essential oils, and cover or "wrap" you in blankets allowing your body's natural heat to do the work. Sessions usually take about an hour.

A soothing massage using lotion infused with scents from the highest quality essential oils to help induce a state of total relaxation. In addition to the fragrances in the lotion, scented candles will be used to compliment and enhance the effects of the massage and your overall experience.

Serenity Foot Treatment....……………$30/30min
This treatment is used to compliment other types of work. It begins with a salt scrub to exfoliate the foot, then the feet are moisturized with creams or lotions enhanced with essential oils, and finally a foot massage is given working a number of reflexology points.

Ear Candling....…………................…$25/session
Special candles made of bees wax and linen are gently inserted into the ear allowing the heat to create a vacuum which drawls out congestion caused by a build up of dirt, wax, and other debris from the ear canal, eustachian tubes, and sinuses. Treatment times vary but on average last about 30 minutes.

Prenatal Massage....…………............$55/60min
These sessions are designed around the needs of the mother to be. They can be used as a means of relaxation in the early trimesters or to alleviate areas of pain and discomfort in the third trimester. Sessions are approximately an hour and use varying techniques depending on the needs of the mother.

Trigger Point
Trigger points are small knots within the belly of the muscle. When they are active, they cause pain that radiates to other areas of the body. Trigger point work is used to find and release these points primarily through the use of static pressure, friction, active stretching, and passive stretching. It is used in conjunction with other techniques.
